Each month includes a recipe donated by award-winning North American chefs, including Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern, New York City; Peter Greweling of The Culinary Institute of America, New York; Daniel Humm of 11 Madison Park, New York City; Jeremy McMillan of Bedford Post Inn, Bedford, New York; Mark Medina-Rios of Morello Italian Bistro, Greenwich, Connecticut; and Loretta Paganini of the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute (ICASI), Chesterland, Ohio.
